 I am very sorry but that is not a service we offer. We only work with our products from our trusted manufacturers that we are familiar with and know the quality of. This ensures that we have an outcome that is the best design for our customers and keeps our high standard of quality. Unfortunately Amazon, etsy, Temu, etc. provides a thin based latex balloon that is not only see-through, but also not made for varying temperatures which increases the chances of popping. They also do not provide the correct sizes or adequate amounts needed.

Yes, we service the surrounding area, including Ascension Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, and Livingston Parish, We are willing to travel outside of the area as well, however additional fees may apply.

Yes, we love to help plan for events! Email or call to set up an appointment. After discussing your ideas, we'll determine if we are the best fit for your needs. 

Certainly! You may send your pictures via email along with your contact details, or attach them directly to the Quote Forms. We will assess the feasibility of recreating the design and promptly provide you with a cost estimate.

We offer both 100% biodegradable latex balloons and mylar foil balloons, sourced from the best quality materials.

To preserve your balloons in Louisiana's hot climate, it's recommended to avoid exposing them to direct sunlight. Opt for lighter shades if you must place them under the sun. The shade is best!

To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we suggest making a reservation for balloon decorations at least 14 days in advance. This will allow us enough time to procure top-quality balloons and create a customized design according to your preferences.

The installation fees are subject to change depending on the specifics of the task. You can expect this charge to be mentioned in the quote provided.

Upon receiving the invoice, kindly settle a non-refundable deposit within  48 hours to reserve the day and time. The deposit will by 50% of your order. The balance must be paid 48 hours before the event. In case of balloon orders less than 7 days before the event, an extra 15% fee will be applied. Orders under $150 are to be paid in full at time of booking.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule, subject to our availability.

We kindly remind our customers that it is their responsibility to take down the balloon arrangement. However, if they wish for us to assist in removing the balloons and command hooks, we offer this service for an additional fee. If interested, please notify us when placing your order.
